hotel cleanliness good staff great facilitys receptionist rudeness late checkout rejection reservation issue

I liked the cleanliness a lot. The staff were all very good. The facilitys met my expectations.

The receptionist didn't ask if I enjoyed my stay. This seemed rude. We requested a late check out. This was rejected. The hotel could not find our reservation so I had to produce all the paperwork.

totally awesome stay!

friendly staff sparkling pools delicious choices amazing time

the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything i needed. the pools sparkled, i loved the six options with tons of space around them! i also found the food was plentiful with lots of delicious choices.

i noticed the gym could get a bit crowded sometimes!

The hotel is directly across from the large beach. It provided easy access for morning strolls and sunset views. i appreciated how close it was to everything, yet it maintained a sense of peace.

The maria restaurant became my absolute favorite spot. The staff were so nice! the variety of food at the buffet meant there was always something new to try and i loved the themed nights they hosted.

The 24-hour service was super convenient. I felt completely taken care of. housekeeping kept our room immaculate with daily cleaning so that was great! the team was always available and happy to help!

Absolutely AMAZING stay!

immaculate hotel daily cleaning

The hotel was immaculate! The rooms were lovely and cleaned daily. The food was AMAZING from breakfast through dinner! We found the snack bar a bit repetitive. The main restaurant caters to everyone. There are four bars and two self-service areas.

The lack of soundproofing was an issue. I could hear everything from the street noise to people walking by. The rooms are not soundproofed! I could hear the neighbors using the toilet. I was kept awake until all hours and woken up at 5:30 AM most mornings.

The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Olga and Amado. They were always willing to assist with check-in and check-out processes. All staff members ensured a special and nice holiday.

repetitive food crowded dining

the food was repetitive it reminded me of i ate the same dishes every day the quality declined significantly towards the end of my stay the advertised themed nights lacked authenticity and the selection became monotonous the dining area was often crowded during peak hours it was difficult to find a quiet spot the noise level made conversations challenging

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I also liked the great location and good food.

The bathroom extract did not work. I was informed it was not an extract. The fridge was stocked with water but it was not restocked .

late bar extensive food selection super clean pool

The food selection was extensive i found it enjoyable! the bars opened early and closed very late. A definite plus for me. the multiple pools were super clean and uncrowded, though the main pool was my usual spot. the staff also were excellent.

The gym was a bit small, with limited equipment. For a hotel of this size, it should be larger
