the front desk staff weren't helpful or friendly. the restaurant was disappointing and not clean also cardboard cups were used for tea and coffee. i got the bill while still eating.

Ones at reception ensured I had everything I needed. The hotel's location is very good. My room gave a view of the beach. The housekeeping team provided excellent service, keeping everything super clean.

The breakfast buffet included diverse options. The private beach was very beautiful, and I liked its proximity to the hotel. The staff looked quite polite and accommodating. Their warm welcome was appreciated. I especially appreciated the chef's friendly demeanor. He presented his prepared dishes with great humility.

The corridors seemed poorly lit. It made navigation slightly challenging during the evenings.

The staff was friendly. nihal at reception was very helpful and kind. we chatted and laughed. the staff left a note in the room before we arrived because it was my birthday. It was very thoughtful.

i found the pool bar food overpriced. the a la carte menu also seemed expensive. there was no room service after 11 pm, which i found surprising for a supposed 5-star hotel.

The staff offered superb hospitality, they were always cute. Samiha and Rym provided royal services. I appreciated their dedication. The beach was beautiful and clean. Facilities included showers. Breakfast offered many options. The selection was very good.

I found that you cannot bring outside food or drinks onto the premises.
