the hotel location was right across from the beach, a plus in december when it is less crowded.

the bar staff was unpleasant, showing a lack of professionalism. i experienced an attempted scam with the coffee price, even though the rate was clearly displayed on the menu. this added unnecessary frustration to my stay.

the animation team do a great job. i really like them. the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. the rooms are clean and the view is amazing. i like how spacious the hotel is. the hotel looks like it was renovated recently, so it's very nice.

the duvet in my room didn't have a cover sheet. even after i asked for one, i was given another duvet with a cover, which i find a little confusing.
