the pools are clean and well maintained the bar service near the pool is very convenient. the food variety at the buffet was quite extensive i found many options i liked. the staff were polite and quick to help with requests. i especially appreciated the prompt room service.

the gym equipment is somewhat outdated i noticed rust on some machines. the evening entertainment was quite repetitive each night i wished for more variety. wi-fi signal was weak in certain areas of the resort it was sometimes difficult to connect. there were extra charges for some activities i didn't appreciate that.

the music at the main pool could be a bit loud at times it sometimes interfered with the peace i sought but it wasn't unbearable.

Charmed by the Pickalbatros Experience!

I found the staff attentive. The diving experience was really good, and the staff on sea bridges were very helpful, really charmed me! The snack bar offered delicious options such as ice cream and burgers. I particularly enjoyed the option to dine at a la carte restaurants . I will come back, it was a great experience!

The gym wasn't big, the number of exercise machines was limited.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. A safe and a fridge were available in the room, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The room, was very clean and tidy and I had no issues at all.

Our group of friends stayed six nights. The rooms were excellent and clean. The food options were very diverse daily, including many meals and sweets. Employees and management were polite. They made our vacation great. Pools and the outside area were beautiful. We enjoyed every day.

Check-in lacked attention. I was directed to the cashier to pay. I was then sent to lunch and handed an envelope with hotel information. The process felt more like a three-star welcome than a five-star experience.

Restaurant manager Reda and the main chef ensured I had safe food for my gluten and lactose allergies. They prepared fresh meals daily, specifically for me. This attention. The service was great.
