The breakfast was amazing. I normally don't like hotel breakfasts, but the selection and view were so great! i like renting a car so i can travel to secluded beaches and alcudia city is only 20 minutes away by foot. my room was on the 4th floor, facing a garden. I really liked that view!
I noticed a nasty yellowish line all around the pools. This made me not want to use them. i hope they can improve the pool's cleanliness!

the hotel is conveniently situated a bit outside the main city buzz, yet it remains close enough to alcudia for shopping and other perks. this provided a nice, calm atmosphere! there is also space available to workout, do yoga, and other activities.

The hotel has a nice gym, so i could work out. It also has options for yoga. i took advantage of the bike rental at the hotel. This was very convenient. a golf club is also located very close by.

The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and comfortable. my room had ac and a ceiling fan. These both worked perfectly! i had a garden view from the fourth floor that i enjoyed a lot though the parking was expensive!

the gym had adequate equipment.
The air conditioning stopped working one night, affecting our entire floor. we asked for an update but were informed it would not work until morning. This made for a very uncomfortable night. the water temperature in the shower fluctuated badly. it shifted from scalding hot to freezing cold (i'd worry if a child showered alone).

the proximity to the sea was acceptable.
Pneumatic drilling created a lot of noise, this noise impacted the tranquility of my stay. the temporary setup lacked clear signage. the bathroom door only offered visual privacy, so there were sound issues. This was not ideal.

The hotel's design is beautiful. Every detail is pleasing. the rooms have everything necessary for a relaxing stay. i found the breakfast options endless and the food AMAZING!!! there are multiple outdoor pools and a great indoor pool with a sauna.
the ceiling ventilator in my room switched on automatically and i could not switch it off. the reception staff was not initially helpful when i reported the problem, frustrating.
