The location was PERFECT, very close to shops, restaurants, and two beaches. The hotel staff was helpful , especially the cleaning staff. They did an AMAZING job. The pool was also great. I really enjoyed the breakfast.
the walls ARE thin , so you might hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

The staff at the reception desk were friendly and very knowledgeable. They answered ALL our questions clearly. Check-in and check-out were a very smooth process and the personnel showed competence. Staff members were attentive, keeping the tables clean during breakfast service, which I found helpful.

The rooms HAVE balconies and are well-equipped. The rooms were very clean, and the cleaning ladies worked quickly, maintaining a fresh environment with clean walls, a modern bathroom, and updated furniture. Daily cleaning services were provided, a big BONUS.

The breakfast was good every morning. It offered a decent start to the day.
the shower was very small and the toilet was also cramped. the air conditioner did not work well, made the room uncomfortable. i found it hard to sleep some nights due to the heat.

the breakfast was decent with a reasonable variety of options.
The air conditioning barely worked. I could not cool the room down at all. there wasn't a 'do not disturb' sign in the room either (.. ) every morning i was woken at 9am by housekeeping, even when i didn't need them. this was frustrating since i wanted to sleep in.

The hotel is very close to both beaches. Shopping and restaurants are within easy reach. The staff was friendly and helpful, such a bonus. Breakfast offered a great choice. It was fresh. The rooms were very modern.
i noticed some noise in the hallways at night, made sleeping a little difficult.

The staff at breakfast was so friendly! The rooms were modern, and I appreciate they had balconies. I also liked that the hotel had two beach options nearby. They were just a short walk away. The evenings were relatively quiet.
I stayed at the hotel. The room lacked a mini fridge, not ideal for keeping drinks cool. Housekeeping only changed the bed sheets. The room needed better cleaning. I think they should have vacuumed the floor more often,.

easy accessclean room
I was SUPER happy with the location. It allowed very easy access to both Magaluf and Palma Nova, so exploration was easy. The room was also very clean. This made settling in quite COMFORTABLE.

fresh fruitgreat location
i stayed for a few nights and the breakfast was really good. there were many options, including fresh fruit and hot dishes. the location was great. it was close to the beach and various shops.
the air CON was not the strongest, especially during the hottest part of the day.
