the breakfast included various options. the room provided a safe for valuables. the rooftop pool had sufficient lounge chairs , a shaded section was present as well.
the elevator wait times are sometimes a little long.

fresh ingredients secure parking
The room included a minibar and a fridge. Breakfast had many options, allowing one to make fruity yogurt with fresh ingredients. I noticed the staff at reception were friendly. I also liked the convenient, secure parking available nearby.

The breakfast buffet includes many varied options and ingredients to make a fruity yogurt. The restaurant looked nice but the waiting staff took fifteen minutes to approach my table, serving food thirty minutes later.

my room felt somewhat worn. the bathroom lacked some expected amenities. no coffee machine was available and water wasnt replenished daily.

a harbor dream
great view friendly staff
the location had great view of the port, a lovely sight. the staff were friendly, they offered excellent travel advice. i felt welcomed and cared for .
i discovered the soap container empty when i wanted shower. i reported it at checkout, but the girl didn't care at all.

the quai 7 restaurant offered a great breakfast and provided bloody marys. a buffet offered nice variety of food, satisfying to start the day. it was really enjoyable.

indifferent staff unfair treatment
I found a couple things disappointing . the reception staff seemed a bit indifferent. They weren't particularly kind or helpful. also, i was quite concerned to learn that the housekeeping staff might not be fairly treated. They were protesting at the hotel entrance during my entire stay, a detail i wasn't informed about beforehand.

mixed experience, some issues
good breakfast pool loungers no hot water no coffee machine
the breakfast included a good selection of items. the pool area had an adequate amount of loungers.
the room lacked hot water one morning. there was not a coffee machine in the room either, i found this to be poor given the price.

prime location fabulous room calm oasis
The location facing the marina is superb. The room with view of the vieux port and balcony was fabulous. This hotel is a calm oasis in a very busy area (i found it excellent).
