Convenient Central Stay
great location central markets excellent position
the location was great, only minutes from Circular Quay and The Rocks markets. Wynyard station was also close. I liked a short walk up Pitt to the mall. the hotel is excellently positioned for exploring.
the porter service wasn't always available. it made managing luggage slightly less convenient. i hope they improve this aspect soon.

the room had a king size bed and a bathroom with a bath. i had the option to take relaxing baths, especially after long days exploring. it was a great feature that i enjoyed.

the breakfast was really good with lots of selection. i had omelets with bacon, pancakes, and cereal one morning, but there was much on offer. i also had my own pot of coffee each morning.

excellent central stay
central location comfortable bed helpful staff modern finish
the location is central near many attractions. i found the room quiet at night and the beds comfortable. the staff offered assistance . the hotel has modern finishes and i found it very clean.
the pool was a little small for families with children to sit and watch.

the hotel is close to circular quay for ferries to manly beech. pitt street is near to shopping malls like qvb. there are restaurants and food markets close by the hotel.

the heritage double room was spacious enough. the bathroom included both a large bath and a shower. the air conditioning system worked well. housekeeping serviced the room to a great standard.

the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic spread. i found plenty of choices on the bar menu. i thought all the food was good quality and value. the cocktails at the bar were great.

clean room turn-down service large bed broken glass sharp edge limited apology
the room was clean. turn down service was provided. the bed was large and comfortable. the location proved fantastic, close to the state theatre.
one of the bottles in my room had visibly broken glass. this presented sharp edges around the mouth. the hotel response included only a brief apology. there was no concern for guest safety.

plush slippers spacious rooms breakfast buffet
My room had comprehensive toiletries and plush slippers. I also had spacious rooms. Pre-booked breakfast buffet offered very good value.
The indoor pool was quite small. It also offered limited options for sitting on the side to watch children.
