Really good Hotel Experience

equipped rooms air conditioning good breakfast

I found the hotel rooms very well equipped. Air conditioning proved to be a lifesaver. Cleaners were available to assist with towels. Breakfast had good choices and the staff were very pleasant.

My experience included a comfortable room. Breakfast offered varied options with fresh pancakes. The hotel had direct beach access. I could quickly reach restaurants and services nearby. The hotel also provided easy access to local attractions.

The pool was quite shallow, more of a plunge pool.

the rooms were clean made every day so that was acceptable

i had problems with the key card it did not allow access to the esplanade between midnight and 8 am this was very inconvenient there was no kettle in the upgraded rooms either buying coffee pods cost extra i found this annoying

premium room mini refrigerator really good cleanliness brown toilet paper hard bed poor value

the staff was very friendly. it provided me helpful information about places. i loved a premium room. it has a mini refrigerator. the cleanliness are really good. i stayed for four nights. everything is perfect.

we paid for a junior suite. it was very poor value for money. i disliked a brown toilet paper. the bed was hard. we asked for a comforter. breakfast wasnt nothing special. i will not book there again.
