Acceptable, But Room for Improvement

The location offered direct access to the beach, convenient.
The hotel enforced a strange policy about breakfast. Notices everywhere stated that taking food out of the restaurant would incur a charge of 6 euros per item. I thought this rule was especially silly since parents sometimes need to sneak food for their kids (the bed was also quite uncomfortable).

The staff were friendly and helpful. That was acceptable.
The images online didn't match my actual room. the hotel has a strange rule about needing a swim cap to use the pool? also, there was no coffee in the room despite the listing saying otherwise. It was misleading. it was like a scam, quite frankly.

the staff members were consistently helpful. the hotel provides direct beach access. i found the room spacious and clean. the views from the terrace were excellent.
the tv selection was limited to few english channels. it was difficult to find something to watch.
