Great stay with some minor issues

Taj greeted us warmly and helped with our bags. Pam at the front desk treated us like VIPs. Shakira, the bartender, made our lunch a lot of fun. Kyle even got us a fresh coconut. He cut it open for us. I liked the choices of restaurants. They were on the hotel or very close by. I felt safe walking alone around the hotel. The grounds are well kept with a private beach area on the lagoon. I must add that the staff was awesome.
The suite do need a refresh. Some blinds did not open easily. The AC unit made strange, loud noises, and the closet doors was off track. The door had a minor gap, and after a rain, some ants came in.

The room has two sinks and a shower. A king size bed was really comfy. The air conditioning worked well. It kept the room cool.

Staff were pretty good. They addressed my questions quickly. The front desk staff was polite. They were also helpful. The cleaning service kept the room neat. They did a great job.

I found several dining options located at the marina. The staff was always friendly and helpful . The hotel features good equipment for various activities. I especially appreciated the ease of walking to both the beach and nearby restaurants..
The water pressure in the shower was sometimes inconsistent. This minor issue did not greatly affect my overall experience.
