The hotel location is very convenient. It's easy to walk to shopping areas. The food options changed every day during my three-night stay. I found lunch and dinner enjoyable.
The room had no full mirror. There was only a mirror on the bathroom wall. there was no bathroom vent fan (very inconvenient).

The hotel provided convenient access to a nearby beach. Rooms featured air conditioning and housekeeping services daily. Staff members ensured towels were replenished each day, a good service. There were different food options every day (a real plus).
The gym equipment was a little dated.

A Wonderful Jamaican Getaway!

The staff provided excellent service. I found the atmosphere relaxed and friendly! The setting offered beautiful sunsets over the sea, I mean it. The manager addressed the no-smoking ban, a small issue, quickly and effectively. The private beach access was very positive. The views were priceless! I will definitely recommend this hotel!
The minibar was not stocked upon arrival. I asked for more water, and getting it took a few calls, a slight inconvenience. Next time, I'll grab extra bottles right away!

Amazing Beach Access

Every aspect of this all-inclusive resort met my expectations! The staff service was very friendly and quick. I loved the setting with guaranteed sunsets over the sea. All the other guests seemed happy and excited to be there. The private beach offers priceless views, and I found it a very positive thing. I highly recommend this hotel!
The minibar wasn't stocked upon arrival, only providing two water bottles.

The hotel is located near a lagoon, which makes the ocean beach area very safe. I didn't worry about swimming there. It offered a close immersion in the local culture, and I was able to explore some authentic Jamaican experiences.

The premises include access to water activities such as kayaking and snorkeling. I also appreciated the convenience of using a mattress to float in the beautiful sea, it was so relaxing. The room was clean and spacious!

I found the hotel very clean. The staff members were always helpful (especially with directions). The jerk chicken served at the beach was especially delicious. The breakfast omelette bar offered a great start to the day. The lunch and dinner options changed every day, a feature i appreciated. It was very easy to access different areas of the hotel. The gardens, filled with orchids and beautiful flowers, create a peaceful atmosphere. I also noticed new signage and fresh paint around the fountain area. The balcony view was nice, i enjoyed it.
The room needed a little more decor.
