the location is great near the beach i found many restaurants nearby i also used public transport easily free tea and coffee were available every morning a nice touch. the cuban restaurant being on site was convenient and very popular i noticed that even people who weren't staying at the hotel were there for dinner and drinks. the black coffee was strong and available starting at 6 am a good way to start the day.
the shower did not get hot it was only warmish. my room faced the pool and the smoking area this meant loud music late at night even when nobody was outside using the area. an emergency exit used only by staff was right outside my first-floor door it opened and slammed shut from 7 am.

the location was pretty good, near the beach and a few restaurants. the staff responded to my requests.
I didn't like the noise isolation. The room doors would bang loudly. the windows let through a lot of noise. common areas seemed old and dirty, not from lack of cleaning but just from age.

i loved how close this place was to everything the employees were always friendly and informative daily activities kept the guests entertained i stayed in a 4-bed room the bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean the decorations throughout the hostel were lovely

The on-site restaurant was a definite plus after a long day.
The worst part was the towel situation. Just one free towel was provided every three days (supposedly for both showering and going to the beach). Paying five dollars for an extra towel seemed excessive, especially given the heat. the Wi-Fi was unreliable, a real hassle when i needed to stay connected.
