the staff were friendly and cute. the location was perfect. the hotel had a stylish, cozy vibe. the food was a highlight and delicious!!! i felt cared for . i recommend this place.

i did not like the gym equipment, it was too old.

The staff provided excellent breakfast choices , and the portions were a good size. There is a walkway with direct access to Bingin beach , so the location is ideal.

The room had limited space to open suitcases , and the bathroom lacked space for toiletries.

The staff showed great friendliness, i noted they provided excellent service . the hotel environment has a tropical feel, it feels very quiet! i could read there easily. the breakfast was wonderful. I found it tasty.

the room was not so practical, i thought. there was too little space for suitcases! it was hard to open them in the room. there was also too little space for toilet items.
