I LOVED the location right by the beach. The staff helped me get a scooter SO FAST. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

There were many stairs, but I knew about that beforehand.

The hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and popular sites. Beaches and surf breaks are super close. I saw monkeys EVERYWHERE. It was so cool!

The staff helped carry bags up and down the stairs. Communication about the stairs was great, I knew what to expect (they are intense!). A semi-private beach is available .

the location was acceptable. the bar overlooked the beach.

i did not like all the stairs to access the hotel. they were very steep. there was no porter to help me with my bags when i arrived and my partner had to carry the luggage down these steep stairs in the dark. the bathroom was flooded and the tap was spouting water and leaking, this meant both of us couldn't shower after a long day of travelling.

I appreciated the beach location, a real highlight of my stay. Waking up to the ocean view and the sound of waves was a treat. The staff were also cute and helpful, always ready to assist.

The stairs leading to the hotel ARE quite challenging.

The staff provided assistance with luggage on the cliff. THIS was especially helpful. Guests receive a complimentary glass bottle of chilled water upon request, a nice touch. Staff members were attentive to guest needs.

i was very grateful for the staff who carried luggage down many stairs to my room. the ocean view from my suite sea view was amazing each morning. i also appreciated the on-site restaurant offering various delicious meals.

the weak wifi signal made it difficult to stay connected, especially when needing to plan the next day.
