Fantastic Family Holiday

lazy river fantastic staff clean hotel wonderful family

I had a wonderful family holiday. The new lazy river was a particularly nice addition, especially on a hot day. I found the hotel very clean and the staff were fantastic. They couldn't do enough for me. I experienced the new lazy river, and it was a nice touch and quite pleasant, especially on a hot day.

ocean view new lazy river

The ocean view suite was spacious. I did like the beds, those had good comfort. Breakfast included variety. Omelettes were my favorite and pancakes pleased. I did enjoy the lazy river. My family used it many times. It looked brand new.

The gym had a small size. It felt often overloaded.

loud music unhelpful staff

The location next to the beach was acceptable.

The music in the foyer was TOO loud one night. My smartwatch gave high noise alerts. The staff did NOT seem eager to assist with the noise problem. It was hard to sleep until 10 pm because of the LOUD music. This REALLY bothered me.
