I stayed 3 nights in a Beautiful Garden View Guest room with 1 King bed. It had a balcony and offered daily activities. The breakfast buffet included many options. Arwana restaurant was great. Live music at the Pool bar was enjoyable.

Reception staff was not very friendly. They seemed a little stand off-ish.

this resort reminded me of paradise! the staff was so attentive! they really anticipated my needs. the pools were pristine. it was easy to find a quiet spot! i loved the lagoon view from my room. the water was such a calming blue. i really enjoyed my time here!

the gym could use a few more weight machines, but that's a really minor point.

The beach was very clean. Staff cleared seaweed consistently. Sunbeds were managed well. Unused reserved towels were promptly removed, so securing a spot was easy. Rooms were spacious, well kept, and included a pleasant turndown service each evening. The staff's friendliness definitely stood out, especially at the bar.

The air conditioning unit was louder than expected, a minor inconvenience.

i stayed two nights in the beautiful garden view guest room with one king bed and a balcony! daily activities were great! the resort is very well maintained. the service was really good, and the staff were friendly!

when we checked out, we were surprised by the minibar charges! the price charged was over four times the listed price. i saw the items listed with one price, but they claimed the listed price was the "tax" price.
