I was told i had an upgraded room upon arrival. this seemed great at first. i booked a room which stated it had a pool and garden view. it also showed a day bed on the verandah, something i looked forward to using in the evenings. my room had no pool view and no day bed. Only a hard wooden chair. there was also no hot water for the 4 days i was there, even after reporting it daily. someone came to fix it each day, but nothing worked. this isn't acceptable when paying so much per day!!!

i loved the location right on the beach. the pools were beautiful and refreshing. i found plenty of sunbeds throughout the resort to lounge on during the day. breakfast had a great choice of foods, it really set me up for the day.

the front pool got a little too warm during the day for my liking, it was a bit hard to cool down.

the hotel grounds featured beautiful gardens. three amazing pools provided ample space for swimming. the staff members were friendly, showing a willingness to assist with any request. the hotel's location proved great for accessing beachfront attractions by foot or bike.

The hot water took some time to come through. This delay was unexpected.
