The hotel has a great location directly on the beach. The grounds feature beautiful landscaping and gardens , made for a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast offered many options in a buffet style. The staff provided very friendly service throughout my stay.
The gym equipment showed some signs of rust.

AMAZING Stay!!!
clean room good restaurant spacious room
The breakfast was superb. Three on-site restaurants were ALL good. The room was very spacious and clean. I liked that it was close to a very good supermarket. I was happy with the dinner I had on the beach for a special occasion. The food was AMAZING!!!
The room was at the back of the resort. Therefore, I could hear road noise all night.

The hotel has a great location on the beach. It provides lovely views and easy walking access. Opposite the hotel is a laundry drop-off, a massage service, and a Pepito store. This made things very convenient.

The hotel features a BIG pool, and I saw it had a pool bar. This allows you to get a cool drink when needed. There is a really nice walkway along the beach. This takes you through a lot of other hotel areas as well.

The staff were always helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask. They organized transfers and trips for us, very helpful.

The rooms are spacious and comfy. They are also very clean. I saw the Royal Rooms had two separate beds, if you request them. The room was fantastic and authentic, the style reflecting the local area.

low water levels jet ski noise
The beach was a real letdown. swimming was nearly impossible due to the low water levels. jet skis raced nearby for hours. They were quite bothersome! i also saw large cargo ships anchored, and they blocked the view. i expected much better than this, i have to say.

the grounds were immaculate, showcasing balinese architecture. my beautiful bungalow was spacious and included a comfortable bed. the staff were very helpful and attentive..
the bathroom door in my bungalow got stuck frequently. the fitness center looked to need some maintenance, as some machines had rust. the complimentary water was limited to a small bottle daily, inconvenient since tap water is not drinkable.

bali architecture friendly staff outdated hotel imperfect location
The architecture. i appreciated that the resort is compact. I did not have to walk miles from one place to another. the indonesian staff are friendly and always ready to help! i highly recommend this resort.
The hotel is a bit outdated and needs to be refurbished unfortunately. the location is not perfect. It is far from anything. it is possible to reach bali collection shopping center by shuttle or on foot. The walk is about 40 minutes.

nice anniversary stay
tasty options comfortable bed storage space friendly service
the breakfast was great with tasty options. smoothies and fresh fruit were available every day. the large bed in the room was comfortable. i found plenty of storage space and a fridge. the staff provided excellent and friendly service. i have to mention ayu, rahayu, adi, and eka for their help.
the boundary rope prevented going deeper at the beach. jet skis drove for hours nearby, which i found disturbing.

the staff were helpful and provided cold drinks while we waited. our room was upgraded because the staff remembered us. the staff went out of their way to say hello and welcome us back home.

the resort included a pool area with a pool bar. there was evening entertainment and a gym was present. push bike hire was available with a riding track past hotels along the beaches.

A Tender Balinese Dream
beautiful grounds free dispensers huge selection
I felt so welcomed. The grounds are beautifully maintained. I enjoyed the free water dispensers located on every floor. Breakfast offered a huge selection. Everything seemed available.
