The room smelled strongly of mold. i suspect moisture and poor ventilation are to blame. the odor permeated everything. It was a musty smell

the air conditioning was a real problem it cut out multiple times , including at night. this made the room uncomfortably hot, and it was difficult to sleep. it also affected my ability to use the kettle, a major inconvenience. the staff didn't offer much in the way of help or solutions.

The hotel offers a large swimming pool with an attached smaller pool for children. I found ample seating around the pool area. A nice bar is located in the garden area. The hotel provides direct beach access. The beach has chaise longues. The water was warm.
I did notice the hotel is showing signs of needing some maintenance in certain areas.
