The staff was very helpful . I appreciated the excellent service from the front desk to the dining area. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a good variety of options.

The room did not have enough lights for reading at night. The room was next to the pool so it was noisy at times with kids crying and yelling. The hotel is located on a main road. Street noise was constant.

The staff greeted me warmly and remained helpful throughout my stay. My room had a comfortable bed (i slept so well!) and effective air conditioning. The pool was a great size, nice for relaxed swimming without feeling crowded. The hotel's location was convenient, close to local shops and restaurants.

The walls seemed thin, as i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms. (it didn't bother me too much, but i thought i'd mention it).

the location was pretty convenient. it allowed easy walks to the beach and several spots i wanted to see. gus tot helped me with my luggage when i left, that was nice. he also gave solid advice on where to go for sightseeing and food. he seemed a nice guy.

i asked for an early check-in, but they denied it. i can understand that. i arrived at 14:55, and check-in was at 15:00, but my room was still not ready. they didn't give me a welcome drink either.
