The breakfast was really disappointing. The food quality seemed low, and it was often the same options every day? The pastries seemed stale, and the fruit wasn't always fresh. I also found that the pool area got quite crowded. It was hard to find a lounger sometimes! The staff did not seem to manage sunbed reservations effectively, so some guests hogged prime spots all day.

I adored the exclusive beach access. The soft sands and clear waters created a haven for relaxation. the attentive beach service ensured i always had a refreshing drink in hand, i appreciated the shaded loungers available. the impeccably maintained beach and calming atmosphere provided a perfect escape from reality.

The gym equipment felt a bit outdated. A few machines needed maintenance.

Breakfast offered a vast array of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. A good way to start each day. dinner at the beachfront restaurant featured expertly prepared seafood, complimented by an extensive wine list. Each meal was nice.

My sea view room had an amazing balcony with comfortable seating. inside, i found a spacious layout with stylish décor. It included premium toiletries. the daily housekeeping service ensured everything was spotlessly clean, i valued the quiet atmosphere.

I stayed for several nights. the room was a senior suite with a sea view and two separate rooms, that was great. the kids slept in the lounge on separate beds and there was still a sofa available. the food was excellent. The breakfast had quality products and a wide selection.

the staff quality requires improvement though the reception and check in staff were helpful. the a la carte restaurant staff seemed disorganized and uninterested. they need training on how to serve and interact with guests.

the hotel has a big enough pool with many chairs. the beach is right there. there is also a very good spa, and evi the therapist made our massages very comfortable and relaxing.

all the hotel staff are friendly though naming one in particular is unfair to the others. the room was cleaned perfectly every day! the staff at the pool bar and restaurant provided awesome service.

The staff smiled but seemed insincere it felt fake. We asked for a late check-out they wanted to charge 40 euros it was supposedly protocol. It was ridiculous

the room was beautifully styled with natural tones and the sea view was something i will remember.

the hot food was cool and there was one person serving tea and coffee to around 50 ever-changing tables (can you imagine the chaos?). most days i did not get a hot drink, even when i ordered it, it was not delivered.
