I enjoyed the reception team. Jelani, Karim, and Aymen were always smiling. They were very helpful with my room needs. Brown and Kris organized activities such as archery and darts. The hammam treatment left me refreshed. Chefs Mahei, Lofti, and Falkhili supported my gluten-free dietary needs. They provided gluten-free cereal. The restaurant staff ensured I had a table. Naim provided a comfortable chair on the veranda.

The access needs were met with mattress protectors. A desk chair was also provided. I noticed the evening performances were often repetitive. The performances lacked variety for longer stays. This made the evenings predictable.
