lovely EXPERIENCE indeed

warm welcome helpful guidance comfortable bed
Andrew seemed warm and cute. he offered helpful guidance regarding the town. the hotel bed was very comfortable and the room got cleaned well.
the prices seems A little expensive. comparable guesthouses on the promenade cost less. the location may explain it, but £112 seemed pricey for one person. it was warm and cosy, but a bit much.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast featured nice produce and good value. Preorder made it very efficient. I heard the breakfast was delicious, so it could have been a nice addition. I would consider it the next time I visit.
Facilities
9/10
A spacious sea facing lounge area was available for use. The lounge is lovely and bright, and offers great views of the sea and the pier. This added a nice touch to the hotel experience.
Rooms
10/10
My room had ample space, especially good as I had young children. It had lovely towels and bed linen provided. The bed was really large and comfy, so I slept well without disturbances.

Acceptable but overpriced stay

broken hairdryer old shower head
The lounge area facing the sea was spacious enough.
I found the price excessive for what was offered I paid extra to check out two hours later and the hairdryer in the room was broken. The shower head also needed replacement as it was very old.

Acceptable Stay

friendly host clean room dated decor expensive price
Andrew was very friendly. Breakfast was really good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean (everything was well-kept). I would definitely go again.
The decor felt a little dated. There were few furnishings. The reception area seemed sparse. I think the prices are a little on the expensive side.
