queen beds great location unfriendly receptionist delayed room

my room was a standard queen room with two queen beds. the location is close to stores and restaurants (i walked everywhere).

the receptionist was not very friendly at check-in. i was told the room would not be ready until later (it was an inconvenience).

The location provides convenient access to nearby attractions.

One of the locks on my initial room was broken. The latch was missing. I also found the floor to be inadequately cleaned as dirt transferred to my slippers. These issues negatively impacted my overall experience and expectations for basic safety and hygiene.

The location was superb. I walked easily to the beach. Rooftop access gave great views. The wine o'clock happy hour, hosted by Dario, turned into a fun guest meet and greet with complimentary prosecco and rosewith a relaxed atmosphere. The included breakfast at the nearby cafe featured high-quality options..

The walls seemed somewhat thin and street noise became noticeable at times.

perfect location breakfast options noise level staff response

the location was perfect and provided easy access to the beachfront. breakfast offered plenty of options to choose from. i appreciated the variety available each morning. the food quality was excellent.

The room was close to the gym and i could hear the running machines really early. a thudding sound was noticeable in the room, which woke me up. the staff did not rectify this noise issue. I found that disappointing noise level, staff response

rooftop pool short walk

the rooftop pool offers a space for relaxation and sunbathing. staff was kind to offer towels for beach. i appreciate it was close to lincoln road and the beach was short walk away.

the gym have old equipment. there wasnt enough variety for good workout. i think, the hotel need to invest in new fitness equipment.

The hotel's location is convenient It is close to the beach and downtown. The beds were comfortable in my room. I appreciated the complimentary wine hour I enjoyed the wine selection.

The elevator near the restaurant had a slight odor.
