My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. The rooms were not as advertised; they were dirty and poorly maintained, which ruined my stay. The service had its moments, but there were significant lapses, as my room was not cleaned during my entire stay. The location was noisy, right by an active train line, which made it difficult to relax, and the value for money was certainly lacking given the issues I encountered.
