wonderful hotel stay
friendly staffconvenient locationabsent noise cancellation
the staff were very accommodating and friendly. they always welcomed us and changed our room to a twin when requested. i felt very comfortable and safe here. the location proved convenient for my needs in this area.
noise cancellation was noticeably absent in the rooms. i heard hall activity and vacuum cleaners quite clearly at 9 a.m. this affected the overall tranquility.

I enjoyed lunch at the garden restaurant. It was a lovely experience. the Ibérico ham croquette at the restaurant was amazing. the octopus dish included potatoes and chorizo pepper cream, it was well-prepared.

The bedroom was spacious. it was comfortable and very clean. the superior double room provided ample space. the room design was nice. Everything looked in good order.

the staff are super lovely and helpful. the two young women at the service desk showed genuine interest in assisting us. the staff helped find a lost phone. they provided good service.

spacious roomsubway accesssound isolationblackout curtains
the staff showed immense kindness i found the room notably spacious. the room featured bright windows a comforting feature to wake up to. i valued the location a spot close to the subway providing easy exploration.
the sound isolation proved problematic i could clearly hear hallway sounds i also heard the morning vacuuming. blackout curtains were absent the room was not dark enough.
