Luis checked us in, he called the room manager to check if my room was ready. This was nice. the apartment was clean with views. i appreciated the daily cleaning service
some staff were quite rude and unhelpful the rooms were appalling. the beds were uncomfortable and when i asked for more towels and more pillows i was questioned why! i booked for 4 and we only got 2 towels and 2 pillows.

i was pleased with the buffet breakfast, it featured plentiful options. The path to the beach was short, a GREAT convenience. I found the staff consistently attentive and helpful, they ensured a smooth experience. The location allowed easy access to both the beach and nearby areas.

The hotel offered a direct path to a wonderful beach. My children enjoyed the easy access. our room was close to the playground, and it helped keep them entertained. I appreciated the proximity. breakfast offered many delicious choices. I found the dining times quite convenient. i liked how clean the entire facility was. the location suited our needs just fine, i suppose.
The room felt quite dated and dreary. The bathroom was especially disappointing. housekeeping didn't seem to do a very thorough job as i noticed some dust on the surfaces. the experience didn't quite justify the price i paid and i've stayed in better places.

the room was functional and large i had an amazing view of the ocean the balcony was nice i spent most of my time there when i was in the room i spent a day at the pool i drank fairly priced sangria. breakfast was very good i walked into the nearby town i found good restaurants.
