Wonderful Experience!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They showed me the room. They welcomed me warmly! The location is amazing. It's only a short walk to the underground station, and the surrounding area felt secure for walking around. The room was a good size for me and my mum.

The room was missing air conditioning. It was very warm, but thankfully there was a fan provided, and that helped.

This hotel had a perfect location. It is central to everything and on the central line. It is surprisingly quiet. The metro station was only 150m from the accommodation. This made getting around easy.

Sarah at reception was excellent. She helped us with all our questions and requests. The bed was very comfortable (I slept like a baby!). Luxurious linen was provided in the room. It was a nice touch.

The windows in the room did not open. This made the room a bit warm at times. The bathroom was small, and it lacked counter space.
