The staff was very helpful. the location was central and convenient for getting around. the breakfast basket was brought to the room each morning. It was nice. the room was tidy.

My room was too warm. I could not open the window because i was on a noisy street. next door, guests were very loud! the wallpaper was peeling in a few places. the bed was not very comfortable.

convenient stay close to paddington

fantastic location friendly staff breakfast basket

the hotel had a fantastic location near the train station. i found public transport easily accessible. the staff were very friendly and accommodating . breakfast delivered to my room in a basket was a nice touch.

the tv in my room did not work, i found this to be a minor inconvenience. i also had to hold the showerhead as it was broken, i could not mount it on the wall. some minor repairs would improve the experience.

room service good breakfast daily cleaning broken light faulty tv broken window

Breakfast came right to my room, super convenient. i really liked that i could request a different time for it too. each day, the room got a good clean. That was awesome!

The lights above the beds weren't working, that bummed me out a little. plus, i couldn't get the tv to turn on no matter what i tried. trying to get some fresh air in the room was tricky. I had to hold the window open myself with a broken piece.
