small room unclean carpet
The location was close to the tube station. This was convenient.
the room was small. it lacked space to move around. also, the carpet did not appear clean, and that was disappointing.

convenient location small desk good pressure
The hotel's location near the underground station helped me to explore the area easily. The room included a television and a small desk, allowing me to work comfortably. The provided shower had good water pressure (it was quite refreshing).
The stairs were a little narrow without a lift.

Solid Stay Near the Tube
friendly staff perfect location wireless charging clean room
I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff . The location was amazing, I found it so close to the tube station. My room included wireless charging, I thought this was excellent. The hotel itself was very clean, I found it very comfortable.
The staircase was steep, so I didn't like that there was no lift.

the room was very clean. it had a kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, fridge and a tv, it was a good size. i was able to drop off bags before check-in. i left my bags after check out too, it was very convenient.
the street noise was a bit loud at night, even with earplugs.

many reasonably priced places to eat are close by. i found several convenient options in the immediate area. this made it easy to grab a quick bite or have a relaxed meal nearby.

the staff are very kind and helpful. they assisted with luggage, because there is no elevator. the front desk personnel were available 24 hours a day. they provided assistance as needed.

the location is convenient to travel. it is a one minute walk from earls court station. the piccadilly line goes straight into the theatre district. many shops and grocery stores are nearby.

tube station earl's court tube station good restaurant room air conditioner faulty sink stained sheet uncleaned coffee cups
the hotel is next to earl's court tube station. good restaurants are nearby. the room has an air conditioner and it is wonderful.
the sink did not drain properly , and the toilet sometimes ran continuously. i saw stains on the sheets and pillow cases. coffee cups were not cleaned for a few days even though they were out and dirty.

I was happy with the cleanliness. The room included functional equipment. The location worked well. Earls Court station was quite close.
