the room was very clean. it had a kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, fridge and a tv, it was a good size. i was able to drop off bags before check-in. i left my bags after check out too, it was very convenient.
the street noise was a bit loud at night, even with earplugs.

the hotel is next to earl's court tube station. good restaurants are nearby. the room has an air conditioner and it is wonderful.
the sink did not drain properly , and the toilet sometimes ran continuously. i saw stains on the sheets and pillow cases. coffee cups were not cleaned for a few days even though they were out and dirty.
