Check-in was quick and efficient. The staff greeted me warmly. My room had a useful fan. The hotel's location is very close to Paddington Station. It made getting around the city REALLY easy. Breakfast was included and quite filling.

The bathroom was a bit small. The toilet seat didn't stay up on its own. It was a minor inconvenience, but it would be good to fix.

The staff were friendly , and the location is near rail links.

I found the room disappointing , as it did not seem very clean. Also , the TV did not work , and the bathroom was so small , I could barely move. I genuinely struggled in the tiny space.

i found the location excellent, especially its proximity to paddington station. the staff was friendly and very helpful with directions. my room included a fridge, which proved quite useful, and the bed felt comfortable after a long day exploring the city. the english breakfast offered a good start to the day (i especially liked the sausages).

the bathroom felt a bit cramped, especially the shower area.

the staff were really good, providing stellar service! they even personally knocked on my door for the wakeup call. the location is great when taking heathrow express from paddington. it is also close to craven lane.

The breakfast was cold apart from the egg that they cooked fresh. i think they could really update the tea and coffee facilities. i didn't dare touch the kettle. It looked very old.
