the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

the room was small. the bathroom was also quite cramped, resembling those on airplanes, not ideal. breakfast required a scheduled time slot and had a very limited buffet selection.

EXCELLENT Stay!

welcome pack good decor clean room helpful staff

I REALLY enjoyed the complimentary welcome pack of food and drinks. IT made a big difference. The decor and facilities felt well-done and of good quality (like the owners cared!). I appreciated the cleanliness of my room AND the common areas. The staff was helpful, even assisting with directions around the area.

excellent location included breakfast friendly staff small washroom difficult window absent air conditioning

the location was excellent for getting around. the breakfast included toast, cereal, and croissants. thomas, a staff member, warmed up my croissant one morning, sweet.

the washroom was small and a bit clunky. the window was very difficult to open. there wasn't any air conditioning, just an old fan, it was very warm.

reception team convenient pub included croissants paddington station

i stayed two nights. the reception team was quite helpful. a nice pub was down the road for meals, it was convenient. breakfast included croissants and toast. the hotel is close to paddington station.

the window in the room was broken. i could feel the cold air coming in through it. it was noisy.
