The hotel location is EXCELLENT!!! I loved how close it was to everything. The staff are amazing. They really take care of your needs. The food was gorgeous!!! There was always a great variety.
My room had some issues. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Made it hard to get rid of bad smells. The beach needed some work. I noticed it was missing igneous rock removers. The hotel needs to spray for insects. There were so many mosquitoes in the lobby and rooms.

i was grateful for the easy beach access it was very convenient. i also appreciated the helpfulness of the reception team. the rooms were big and bright a nice surprise.
the hotel felt a little tired and could use an update overall. i noticed the furniture seemed old in particular. i found the buffet choices were limited especially at lunch.

i found my stay quite nice. the beach access was very convenient. it made going for swims really easy. the pools had several lifeguards present. this gave a sense of security while swimming. the hotel offered multiple dining options. it was very nice that i could always find something i wanted to eat.
i found the gym to be a bit small. it only had a few machines. it could benefit from having more equipment.

i saw there were three outdoor pools available. each pool featured dedicated lifeguard services, which was to be very well-kept. also, the hotel included access to the private beach. it has many sunbeds.

i was very fortunate to get a ground floor room. it included a patio area facing the sea with all day sun. this feature alone. i also appreciated how well the staff looked after me during meal times and how they understood my sense of humor!!!
