Really good Service and Convenient Location

convenient location comfortable beds early check-in
The location was advantageous, especially with its proximity to Kemp Town. Beds were quite comfortable and I slept well . I appreciated that the reception consistently offered extra tea, coffee, and sugar when requested. I was permitted an early check-in, which i valued a lot. It was very kind.
I noticed dust on the curtain in my room. The noise from adjacent rooms was occasionally audible and bothered me.

great value near the sea

helpful staff private bathroom short walk
i liked how close the hotel was to the sea. the staff are friendly and helpful, and they helped me when i needed something. my room had two beds, which i didn't expect. its own bathroom. the cost was good, especially since it was only a short walk to the sea.
the curtains didn't work well in my room. there were also some stains in the room.

the hotel don't have it own breakfast or dinner service. many pubs and restaurants are located very close. they are not too close to cause any disturbance from noises.

decent stay with some issues

the staff were friendly and helpful. they allowed early check-in. reception provided extra tea, coffee, and sugar when requested. there was ample space for clothing.
the bathroom door wasn't properly attached and had no lock. it didn't close properly either. the shower came out unevenly and i couldn't adjust it.

I found the hotel conveniently situated near the seafront. The room was quite clean. I particularly appreciated the comfortable beds. The reception staff supplied extra tea, coffee and sugar when requested.
The bathroom door did not close properly, and it lacked a lock.
