I had a great time at this boutique hotel, especially because of its ideal location near the beach and vibrant nightlife. The staff was friendly, but my experience with customer service wasn't ideal when I faced a payment issue. The room was small but cute and functional, providing good value for the price. It was clean and pleasant, however, some aspects of service could use improvement.
