i was amazed! the food choices were amazing with live cooking daily, i loved it! the resort offered awesome full-time entertainment and had many food options open 24/7. the kids fun club was also a hit and i liked the nightly live shows. plus, there were swimming pools, a kids pool, spa services, and other relaxing options available.

The room service was sometimes slow. It took a long time to receive a towel when requested.

the hotel has water slides in the pools for both adults and children! there is a buffet restaurant with a great variety of dishes, including vegetables and fruits. the bars feature a large variety of drinks.

the resort is just one hour from the airport, very convenient! the beach has plenty of space with umbrellas and a good entertainment program. i found the location to be very accessible, though i also enjoyed the resort itself.

Check-in and check-out were smooth.. pita, the masseuse, provided excellent service. mustafa, a waiter at the angel restaurant, was attentive and always greeted us with a smile. our room was cleaned daily. Mini bar items and toiletries were replenished consistently. the beach area was fine!
