Really good Service and Great Facilities

Hakan at customer relations was helpful. He addressed my request with understanding and reassurance. My request was fully met, which greatly improved my stay. His communication skills were first class. The hotel has a big gym that includes stretching equipment! Also they have tennis tournaments.
I noticed that some areas for logistical support were not as tidy as expected. This detracted slightly from the otherwise beautiful grounds.

The staff was very friendly. They consistently looked to accommodate requests. The customer relations team, specifically Hakan, provided excellent support. Zülfikar checked on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed!

The hotel features tennis courts. These are excellent. The beach offers lovely access to the sea. I enjoyed fun entertainment during the evenings.

The food was amazing. Every dinner included a chef's special from different international cuisines. A manager greeted us and gave a tour. This showed locations and shared a contact for quick questions. I used the tennis courts and the well-equipped gym. Both were easily accessible and well-kept.
The doctor's consultation cost 150 euros. I was surprised by this unexpected charge. Subsequent hospital visits involved further costs. This complicated a quick resolution for a minor issue. I wish there were more transparency regarding these medical fees upfront.
