The pool had perfect temperature water. adults and kids enjoyed varied activities. we appreciated the daily room cleaning service, the housekeeper was efficient. the hotel included both a spa and a water park. it was convenient that land of legends park was only ten minutes away. the room was spacious. It was lovely.

the beach lacked good quality loungers with adequate shade coverage and the pier was closed.

The food options were very diverse and delicious. all the staff were cute. the room was warm and comfortable. the swimming pools were kept at a pleasant 28°c. I only wished the whirlpool was slightly warmer at 30°c.

The beach area needs some improvement. The loungers are not high-quality.

I appreciated the dessert buffet with unique options. Our two-room suite suited us perfectly. It provided ample space for our family. The waiters were prompt with drink service near the large, clean pools. The entertainment was really enjoyable. The performers put in a lot of work, I felt.

The water temperature in the pool was PERFECT. Activities for both adults and children were available. Our housekeeper cleaned the room every day. It was super clean. The Land of Legends park is very close, only a 10-minute ride.

I found that the food was often cold. Many of the service staff struggled with English. It made communication difficult. It would IMPROVE my experience if they had better communication.
