it is a very large hotel with many amenities, a beautiful looking hotel. i adore that the rooms are spacious and very eloquent. we dined on a fabulous selection of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
the hotel is very big. i think it would be too busy for us in peak season.

The hotel had a nice variety of cocktails included in the package.
The air conditioning was turned off (due to it supposedly being winter). Our room stayed between 26-30 degrees despite opening the balcony door. Sleeping was difficult, and the heat negatively impacted our experience.

The gym had treadmills and stationary bikes, convenient. staff at the lobby bar were quick and efficient. mini-fridge in the club room was restocked daily. It contained water and soft drinks.

rana and aysen offered very kind service at the bistro. i am grateful for the delicious food. the location is great it is right by the beach. although it was december it was enjoyable.
the room was not cleaned the floor needed a mop. the terrace had dust. there was no air conditioning outside the room. eating in the heat was unpleasant.
