excellent hotel

amazing choice fresh food friendly atmosphere

staff help always. the breakfast choice it was amazing with fresh food. the bar area had a friendly atmosphere. a waitress named Auires i found her great and very social.

beds were low for me at the pool. i just wish they had been higher.

Really good Stay

polite staff attentive service regular cleaning

The hotel staff were consistently polite and helpful. They took the time to engage with guests and address any concerns. The poolside service was attentive. Staff members regularly checked if guests needed anything and delivered drinks to sun loungers with ice buckets.

the corridor lighting was red. This caused a migraine. It also gave the hotel a cheap look.

The breakfast selection included freshly made omelettes. Coffee and fruit juice service to the table was available. The display and replenishment of food items were always very good.

The location is near the beach and a long promenade. The hotel is also close to shopping centers. It has easy access to the beach with a nice pathway along the beach.

the location was wonderful. the hotel is very close to the beach and a lovely promenade! the pool was well-kept and a decent size. i found the spa and gym facilities to be excellent, with excellent machines!

The food was not great. It seemed quantity mattered more than quality. i found the dining room unappealing! it felt more like a fast food place than a hotel restaurant. the red lighting in the corridors gave it a cheap look.

superb stay!

clean hotel helpful staff beach access

I found this hotel to be clean. staff members were amiable and helpful. the location is awesome, close to the beach and offering easy access to various restaurants. i enjoyed the memory foam bed. It was very comfortable!!!

the room smelled of bleach very strongly. it was so intense that i had to sleep on the balcony. i informed the reception, but they took no action to address it
