i liked the receptionist melissa she explained everything clearly. she always had a smile. the food was plentiful. the pancakes were especially good.
the entertainment team kept asking people to attend the disco at club liman. it cost €30 for two people. they told us it was 25mins away but it was an hour away so they were lying.

The room was clean. A point I appreciated.
The food quality was not satisfactory. Most items seemed to be defrosted. I also found it difficult to find a seat in the buffet restaurant around 7 PM. The overcrowding became quite unpleasant.

I arrived and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The rooms are stylish and clean. The minibar had water and juices, refilled daily without extra charge. The hotel features a separate coffee shop by the pool, it offers freshly brewed coffee.
Finding a free table sometimes posed a small challenge.

The guest service team are available to help with any need and question. The waiters are polite and friendly. Bartenders are also very kind, they make delicious cocktails.

The pools were very clean. The hotel provides a bus to the beach every 20 minutes. The beach has plenty of sun loungers available for all guests throughout the day.

The hotel is a short five-minute drive to the beach. There is a theme park within a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Kadrie shopping village is 40 minutes by car, that has a bazaar on Tuesdays.

The food at the hotel is delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel provides a lot of meat and fresh seafood. Wednesdays are fish night and Fridays are Turkish night.

Our room was spacious. Rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel included all necessary amenities such as a minibar, kettle and safe. There are always fresh towels and new bed linen.
