Yasmin at reception was very helpful and nice. Ali at the coffee shop knows coffee well. The restaurant and bar staff were friendly. I liked good coffee and the variety of cakes and food in the main restaurant.

The attitude of the staff was not very good. Especially the bartenders seemed uninterested in providing good service. the programs and activities organized by the hotel were also quite repetitive.

the hotel location is convenient. it is a short walk to the beach. the staff were polite and friendly i appreciated that. the coffee at lavinia was a highlight for me.
i sometimes waited a while at the main restaurant when ordering. room cleaning was not consistent i noticed some bugs in my room. the mini bar was not always refilled regularly .

the hotel had its own private beach only a short walk away i could easily enjoy the sea. my room was super clean the whole hotel felt elegant. the staff was kind service was always with a smile.
the drinks were average i expected a bit more quality from the beverages.
