clean room comfortable bed complimentary spa excellent location

the rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. the hotel provided a complimentary one-hour spa experience . the hotel is near many dining options. the location is beyond the chaotic tourist zone (a real plus!).

the room faced a busy street and some noise was audible.

rooftop restaurant convenient parking awful service unfriendly receptionist

The rooftop restaurant offered a great breakfast. I enjoyed the view. Parking was available. This was very convenient.

The service was awful. The receptionists did not greet me. They did not even look at me during check-in or when I asked questions. The staff added items to my final bill that I did not receive.

friendly staff beautiful decor undercooked lamb expensive restaurant

The staff demonstrated friendliness and willingness to assist. The location is convenient, directly across from the beach. The hotel provides easy access into town. The decor showed beautiful attention to detail.

The restaurant's cooking quality did not meet expectations. My rack of lamb was significantly undercooked and cold. The restaurant did not attempt to offer any compensation for this issue. The restaurant was very expensive.
