the hotel had a perfect location, close to the beach and town center. i enjoyed the easy access to local attractions. nearby restaurants were also very convenient.

an honesty bar offered a great selection of beers, lagers, wines cider and spirits. sitting on the sun terrace was great. i watched the world go by.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit salad. The hotel is spotlessly clean and in a quiet area. The terrace offers a lovely view (i really enjoyed it) over the bay and is great.
The bar seemed to close relatively early in the evening.

The location is GREAT! There are many eateries in walking distance. The patio faces the ocean and promenade. Breakfast was included and selected the night before.
