the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower the gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes the pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section

romantic Getaway
amazing staffexcellent cleaningconvenient locationshort walk
The entertainment staff was amazing. Julia, Pedro, Diego, and Raúl shined, the kids really loved them. The hotel location is very close to the beach, I could walk there in just five minutes, it was very convenient. The cleaning was excellent, the room was cleaned every day.
The air conditioning was not turned on and it was advertised, which caused a slight inconvenience.

Breakfast offered many options. There were lots of different things to choose from, i appreciate variety. The coffee from the machine was also surprisingly good, a pleasant surprise for a buffet setting.

The room WAS clean, and the size was generous, plenty of space to move around! Daily cleaning maintained the room very well. It was important for us. A pool view made it even better.

The hotel IS located off the main party strip. It offered a quieter setting. A short walk brought me to the beach. A fabulous pub across the road added to the convenience, especially after a long day.

The hotel offers a location just a short walk from both the beach and the lively party area. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis. The staff members were friendly and approachable. I found it very convenient to have bus stops nearby for easy transportation.

The breakfast buffet presented a great variety of options, very convenient. The selection included many cheeses, sausages, vegetables, salads, and desserts for a satisfying meal.

the personnel in the restaurant and the cleaning service were particularly excellent. Their helpful attitude greatly contributed to a fantastic experience. The staff was both efficient and attentive to guests' needs.

The hotel location is convenient. It is a short walk to the beach. I also appreciated that the rooms were cleaned daily. The staff seemed friendly.
The room did not have a coffee maker. There were no cups available. The air conditioning was not working.

The location was acceptable as a base for exploring the surrounding area.
The air conditioning was wholly inadequate, and I found it impossible to get a comfortable night's sleep. the noise levels were unacceptable. Loud music from nearby establishments continued late into the night. I expect a higher standard of soundproofing to ensure peace and quiet.
