Great Stay with Excellent Staff!

The location is perfect. The bar area had a good vibe. The poolside was a very relaxing spot. I found the breakfast selection offered great choices.
I found the soundproofing not ideal, which resulted in some noise from the hallway..

The room included a spacious layout and modern decor. I had a lovely bathroom with a super big waterfall shower. The room was always clean upon return.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful . Dale from the entertainment team by the pool was amazing with guests and very funny. Manuel was the best during our cocktail class..

overrated and Underwhelming stay
slamming doorsnoisy air conditioning
the noise levels were something. i'm talking doors slamming at all hours and music so loud i thought i was at a rave in my room. and the air conditioning? let's just say it had a mind of its own and made a very strange noise. this is the second time that it occurs, it seems that they do not give it enough attention, and thats frustrating, i think they should hire someone specialized to avoid this kind of problem.

the hotel was very clean. rooms felt bigger than i had expected and i liked the modern style. two pools provided a good amount of space. staff offered help whenever i needed it.
the music stopped playing across the entire island at midnight.

The location was good. I enjoyed being a short walk from the beach. The provided breakfast had a good amount of choice, it was nice to have that option.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear people coming back late at night. The room cleaning happened less frequently than I expected, it occurred only once .
