Fantastic Family Holiday

I appreciated the multiple pools available. A separate kiddie pool featured animal shapes. A water park pool included slides and waterfall features (my kids loved it!). Lifeguards actively supervised each pool, providing peace of mind. The beach was only a short walk away, and shops were conveniently located across the street.
The hotel can be busy sometimes, so you should be prepared for possible waiting times for lifts, especially during peak hours. I recommend planning your trips to avoid crowds if you can.

The hotel offered three distinct pool areas. One pool was geared towards younger children with animal shapes, another with slides, and a quieter pool provided more relaxation. Exercise bikes were available near one of the pools for those wanting to keep active.

Lifeguards were always present, watching each pool closely. The staff at the kids club provided amazing entertainment for the children with activities such as baking, painting, music, and dancing during the mini-disco.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach. Shops are easily accessible just across the street (a SPAR supermarket is among them). This made it easy to grab any necessities or snacks.

I stayed in a family room. it was spacious. the room had a double bed and a double sofa bed! there was also a fridge. I could store water and drinks.
the elevators were very small. there were only three elevators! i often had to wait quite a while. the food was not great. it was often repetitive.

We just returned from a stay there. communication was good prior to arrival. a transfer directly booked through the hotel proved convenient. pool facilities are great and children loved the slides. The water was bearable. i found something to enjoy at breakfast, overall.
i did encounter some queues to enter for lunch.

The communication before arrival was efficient. a transfer was arranged directly via the hotel. It was convenient. the pools were a hit with the kids and the slides were fun despite the cold water. the breakfast had plenty of choices that we enjoyed.

The location was amazing. It was close to everything we needed! the pools were a hit with my family. My children loved splashing around! the hotel and rooms were super clean. The staff worked hard to keep everything clean.
the soup was not the best, it was either thick vegetable sludge or tasteless.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The hotel also provided a convenient transfer service. My children were especially fond of the water slides. The breakfast offered a good selection, which everyone enjoyed. I appreciate the pool facilities and the convenience they provided.
The water was cold, though bearable. This aspect could improve comfort. This made it difficult to fully enjoy the slides. I hope they consider heating the water.

the hotel's location near the beach offered easy access. the pool was quite nice with plenty of space for swimming. the food was very tasty and the all inclusive option provided great value. the room was very clean offering a nice pool view.
i found the queues to get into lunch were sometimes long. the waits for meat to be cooked were even longer. the waits for the lifts up and down floors were quite ridiculous one morning i waited 15 minutes. the air conditioning was awful we were without it for 5 of our 9 night stay.
