the hotel was super clean. our room was thoroughly serviced every day! there were plenty of sun loungers available. we had no stress over the usual 'sunbed wars'.
The noise from the street every morning was horrendous, especially since we paid for an upgraded room. The photos were misleading. they used bottled eggs to make the omelets.

the hotel sits a few minutes from a sandy beach. there are direct links to palma and the airport nearby. i found many restaurants and shops right outside the hotel.

I was in room 326. Upon arrival, the receptionist seemed very happy to tell us we would have to wait 3 hours before we could settle in! There was no smile and no positive attitude. I was a little disappointed with the bathroom sink. It was in the main living room and bedroom, so there was no privacy. The chairs outside on the balcony were the most uncomfortable things I have ever sat on!!!

The hotel's location was perfect, near the beach. The hotel had modern, super clean spaces. All the staff were fabulous. The room was HUGE, spacious, and perfect. The team, and I am charmed.
The area itself offered ok bars restaurants. it did not offer anything really good.

The hotel buffet offers great variety. The staff are helpful if one requires ingredient information. I found they labeled everything well for allergens. This made meal times enjoyable.

The rooms were clean and spacious. I stayed in a loft room and received a kind upgrade upon arrival. It was upgraded to the mountain view room. Rooms were also thoroughly serviced every day.

The hotel provided a large pool and a kids pool. There is a kids club every day. Sun loungers are readily available. I appreciated this refreshing change from other hotels.

The staff are nice. I appreciated their friendly and professional manner. The guest experience manager were pretty good too ensure everything was perfect. The service was flawless. The whole team operates under STRONG guidance.

A Romantic Hotel Experience

I received a room upgrade. It was an fantastic room that offered a pool and sea view. The bed was so comfortable and there were good tea and coffee-making facilities. The decor was beautiful throughout the hotel.

decent stay, but some issues
poor soundproofingrepetitive buffet
The hotel was ok, but several things bothered me. i found the lack of soundproofing frustrating. i could hear EVERYTHING from neighboring rooms, especially at night. the noise made it hard to relax. the food quality was also disappointing. The buffet selection seemed repetitive after a few days and it was not fresh.

I loved the spacious rooms. The size was definitely a plus! the breakfast selection was perfect. i found it close to both the beach and the shops, so convenient.
i had a bit of a wait at check in. there were often queues, frustrating. the deck chairs on the balconies are not great! it was hard to get in and out of them.
