weak tricklespotty wifi
The room looked quite nice initially, but several things bothered me. the shower barely worked, a weak trickle at best. I suspect water conservation efforts went too far. the television remote didn't function properly either, so changing channels was a real chore. I wonder if they ever check these things. also, the promised wifi was spotty, i often lost connection completely in the evenings, quite annoying!

I found the animation team provided wonderful activities. i particularly enjoyed the yoga. the staff was helpful. They possessed strong knowledge of the surrounding area. salim from the restaurant consistently ensured our needs were met.
i observed noise from the medina at night. the loud music continued late into the night. this disturbed sleep on certain evenings.
